UNO Urban Life is a housing development conceived to provide a caring, attentive, accessible and friendly approach. Since its inception, the concept considered the surrounding urban environment, contributing to its improvement and enhancement which ultimately translated in excellent added value, for a real architecture created for living is not limited to the walls encircling the construction; in turn, it reaches out to the community where it is nestled. The project was awarded the first "Ultimate Urban Livability Certificate" from the City of Guadalajara, acknowledging its full and entire compliance to the norms and regulations observed by each and every municipal and state entities.
